Here is an example where someone with a disability who is qualified with years of experience was denied the ability to work remotely and had a position revoked at amazon. The position did not require in person work and Amazon did not follow the ada. Amazon has been similar types of discrimination with tens of thousands of Amazonians till present day.
A member of our group who is deaf, recounts how multiple deaf employees at his site were denied ASL translators and non ASL certified people were provided ASL certified shirts.
