Today three posts of one of our lead organizers was removed in Violation of ADA, Civil Rights ACT and the NLRA. The member immediately said "THEY SHUT OFF MY ACCESS AFTER POSTING THOSE MESSAGES. THAT’S RETALIATION." and "Can't Login to the laptop, account totally suspended" This is to say that Amazon is continuously violating our rights when speaking up and think they are above the law. This person had their slack access removed right after the below 3 posts were taken down.

Is accurate. So glad the state of NJ understands how Amazon lies. See Amazon gives blanket statements stating they care about those with disabilities but its untrue. Just like they lied by saying they dont use AI or automation in the accommodations process with the Guardian, they lie alot to the public to cover up their mistreatment of disabled workers. Our group also represents those who are pregnant and needing accommodation as well as over 20 different disability types. Our published document (First published on our website here) shows that 255k Accommodations are requested in total each year. And our group of 600 disabled workers can attest that Amazon violates our rights. Further their continuous removals of disabled employees posts prove they are hell bent on stopping disability and ADA protected concerted activity. Ask yourself this question "if Amazon cares about disabled employees so much, why would they stop the speech of disabled Amazonians speaking up consistently. day after day and not allow their voices to be heard? That doesn't sound like someone that "cares" at all but more like an abusive one sided relationship.
