Evidence of NLRB violations and ADA violations retaliation across multiple laws
A. Amazon forcing us to remove NLRB protected posts and retaliating with threats to remove posts. Citing illegal policies that violate the NLRB - High Level HR execs
B. High Level Amazon Executives in this message write multiple veritable lies:
1. First they lie stating the the posts violate the solicitation policy. This is Amazon's attempt to apply an illegal policy that violates NLRB protected activity, Civil Rights and ADA laws. NLRB/ ADA, Civil Rights protected opposition and protected activity is an exception to any solicitation policy.
2. They lie by stating "you confirmed understanding of the guidance " As explained in emails sent to the same management, there was no understanding, in fact it was explicitly stated that there was no understanding and a request for them to explain which posts they were referring to and why. They never responded even until this day to these questions. But still took multiple punitive actions
3. Next they lie by stating "This demonstrates deliberate disregard for the guidance provided" This is a lie because as mentioned before they never explained which posts violated the policy and why and never responded to the request for explanation. Here they are using a solicitation policy as pretext to violate the law
4. They lie again when stating that "If you require clarification about these policies, please let us know" As mentioned before there was multiple requests for additional information of what posts violated which policy and why and they never responded to the requests for clarification about the policies.
C. Amazon violating the NLRA, Civil Rights and ADA law by removing protected speech after threats - High Level HR Execs who wrote this
D. High Level, HR, and Management Amazon Execs removing slack access to Organizers for posting NLRA, ADA and Civil Rights protected Speech
E. A high level HR exec reporting and with approval of Eric Sjoding Senior Director of Employee Relations, violates another members NLRA, ADA and Civil Rights when posting about assisting others with disabilities find resources they need
F. High Level HR execs writing to another disabled employee and threatening them with discipline if they don't remove their NLRA, ADA and Civil Rights protected Post
G. A Fourth member had their NLRA, Civil Rights and ADA protected activity violated by Amazon by a high Level HR executive Senior Director and above
H. Another Threat to take down another members NLRB protected Activity within 1 hour or face corrective action
I. A 5th members get a NLRA, Civil Rights and ADA protected message removed in violation from the law
J. A member of the union had a Amazon Management executive, tell them they should not continue making posts and organizing and that they have seen their posts about discrimination and organizing. That now they still have a job. And just not to participate. The employee took this to mean Amazon can fire you if you keep engaging in organizing and NLRA protected activity and chilled their speech
