Filing with the NLRA
File a complaint with the NLRB (if you’re in the US)
The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is a separate organization from the EEOC. Its role is to investigate violations of your right to organize at work.
If you feel that you’ve been threatened or fired for trying to organize or coordinate with other employees to improve working conditions, you should file with the NLRB.
Amazon usually does this by claiming that you have violated their Solicitation policy.
Filing in the even you were preventing from speaking, or stopped from Organizing is another tool at your disposal to hold Amazon Accountable
